Unlike most commercial databases I am like most of our members. Having been in the training and consulting business since 1982, I saw a need for a level playing field for both small and large providers as well as an open forum for networking. I wanted to create a forum that could dominate the industry and change the way we interact and share resources. TrainingConsortium is already becoming what I envisioned. Having utilized many vehicles to grow my own company, I saw a need to allow an even playing field for both small and large providers and an open forum for networking. Throughout my years as a provider, I wanted to create a forum that could dominate the industry and change how we interact and share resources. TrainingConsortium has been a dream and is already becoming what I envisioned. The larger it becomes, the more successful it will be for all involved.
